What You Need
- Printed character templates (sun, pineapple, kite, surfboard, watermelon, ice cream)
- Sunglasses templates
- Colored sheets (yellow, red, green, etc.)
- Crayons or markers
- Scissors ✂️
- Glue stick
- Yarn or string (for hanging)
How to Make
- Print and Color Characters
- Print your favorite character on white paper.
- Color the character with crayons or markers.
- Cut neatly along the outline and set aside.
- Draw Summer Scenes
- Take the sunglasses template.
- Inside the glasses, draw a summer scene you’ve seen or imagined (beach, rainbow, garden, ocean, etc.).
- Color the scene to make it bright and cheerful.
- Cut and Paste Sunglasses
- Cut out the sunglasses along the outline.
