Easy Summer Kite Craft for Kids

Let’s make a bright summer kite with bows and clouds. This craft is simple, colorful, and perfect to hang up in your classroom for a fun summer decoration.

What You Need

• Printed kite, bow, and cloud templates
• White sheets of paper
• Light blue sheet (for background)
• Crayons or markers
• Scissors ✂️
• Glue stick
• Yarn or string

🌼 How to Make

• Print the kite, bow, and cloud templates on white sheets.
• Color the kite and bows with crayons. (No need to color the clouds.)
• Cut out all the shapes along the outlines and separate them from the sheet.
• Take a light blue sheet for the background.
• Paste the kite body at the top of the page.
• Paste yarn from the bottom of the kite down to the sheet’s bottom.
• Paste the cut‑out bows along the yarn to make the kite tail.
• Paste the clouds around the kite on the background sheet.
