How to Make

Method 1: Caterpillar with Printed Letters

  1. Print the caterpillar head and legs on white sheets.
  2. Color the head part with crayons or markers.
  3. Print circles with letters on colored sheets (or white sheets and color them).
  4. Print extra circles with letters to help kids find their own name letters.
  5. Cut out the head and paste it on a white sheet.
  6. Give kids the letter circles and let them find their name letters.
  7. Paste the circles in order from the head to form the caterpillar’s body.
  8. Let it dry.
  9. Paste or draw legs under the circles.
  10. Let kids read their name letters one by one, saying their name loudly in class.
