1. Print the given templates: You can print the given templates on colored paper to simply make the craft. Or print them on white sheets—then you can color them to get the craft ready.
2. Cut out the templates: Then you can cut them out from the sheets separately.
3. Roll and glue the template parts: Here, you have paper strips as templates. Now find the short sides and attach them together with glue. Or attach them using double-sided tape.
4. Attach the other parts: You can cut out some paper strips with extra parts like pumpkin stems, bat ears, etc. Then attach them to the top of the paper rolls you made.
5. Hang them with yarn: Use yarn or ribbon and attach all the rings you made. You can tape each ring to the yarn so they don’t move. Then hang them on the wall.
