What You Need

  • Paper plate, craft board, or cardstock for base
  • Printed templates (flower, butterfly, kite, rainbow, heart)
  • Crayons or markers
  • Colorful tissue paper
  • Scissors
  • Glue

How to Make

01. Prepare the base: Take a paper plate, craft board, or cardstock as your base.

02. Print and cut templates: Print the shapes you want (flower, butterfly, kite, rainbow, heart) and cut them out from the board.

03. Tear colorful tissue: Cut or tear tissue paper into small pieces to use for filling.

04. Paste tissue pieces: Glue the tissue squares onto the cardboard shape and let them dry.
