What You’ll Need

- Red, pink, or white cardstock or colored printer paper
- Scissors (kid-safe)
- Glue stick or glue
- Ribbon or bow (optional for decoration)
- Crayons or markers (optional for coloring or writing your own messages)
How to Make the Jar of Love
Step 1: Print the Templates

- A jar outline with space to add hearts
- A page of pre-written hearts with loving messages
You can print on regular white paper, or use colored paper for extra flair.
Step 2: Cut Out the Hearts
Let kids cut out the hearts (with help if needed). The hearts are big enough for small hands to handle. You can use the printed messages or have kids write their own words like “Best Mom,” “You are my sunshine,” or “Thanks for everything!”
Step 3: Paste the Hearts in the Jar
