What You Need

  • Paw print template (or draw your own)
  • Blue or white paper for background
  • Cotton balls or cotton pads
  • Glue stick
  • Black marker or crayon
  • White paint and a brush or a sponge
  • Scissors

How to Make

  1. Print or draw paw prints — Start with a simple paw print shape. You can print a template or draw your own with a marker.
  2. Make the background — Use blue paper or paint a white sheet with blue. Add white streaks or dots to make it look snowy. Let it dry.
  3. Add cotton texture — Glue cotton balls or pads inside the big paw pad to make it soft and fluffy.
  4. Outline the toes — Use a black marker or crayon to draw the small toe pads around the big one.
  5. Paste the paw prints — Cut out your paw prints and glue them onto the snowy background.
  6. Let it dry and display — Once everything is dry, hang up your winter paw print craft or use it as a decoration.
