All sales of digital products, including but not limited to downloadable PDFs, are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed or downloaded, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
2. Product Description and Compatibility
We strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions of our digital products. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product meets their needs and that they have the necessary software or hardware to access and use the product. Compatibility issues do not qualify for refunds.
