Easter is the perfect time for kids to get creative! Paper plate crafts are super easy, colorful, and fun to make. With just a few simple supplies, children can turn plain plates into bunnies, chicks, and Easter eggs that brighten up any room. These crafts are quick to do, don’t need fancy materials, and are perfect for home or classroom activities.

01. Spring Bunny Paper Plate Craft:

How to Make

  1. Make your paper plate green. You can use a green plate directly or color a white one using paints or markers. You can also use any color you like instead of green.
  2. Print the bunny parts and flowers on a white sheet.
  3. Color them using crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
  4. Cut out all the parts separately.
  5. First, take the bunny body and paste it on the paper plate. Remember, the bunny ears should go out of the top area of the plate. Do not paste the bunny’s body bottom area perfectly. keep it free for the legs.
  6. Take the cut‑out strips and feet. Fold the strips in accordion style, then unfold them while keeping the folding lines.
  7. Attach the feet parts to one end of the folded strips.
  8. Paste the other end under the bunny body, bottom area (leave it without pasting fully).
  9. Now, paste the bunny’s body’s bottom area onto the paper plate and cover the pasted leg part neatly.
  10. Take the flowers and paste them around the bunny and on the paper plate.
  11. Use ribbon, yarn, or string and attach it to the top of the paper plate.
  12. Hang it on the wall for display.

  1. Get a colored paper plate or a white one, and color it with paint or crayons.
  2. Print the hatching chick on a white sheet.
  3. Color it using markers or crayons.

  6. Paste them under the hatching chick image and at the bottom of the paper plate.
  7. Now take some dot stickers and paste them on the eggshell and around the chick on the paper plate.

  1. Get a colored paper plate or a white one, and color it with paint or crayons.
  2. Print the Easter basket, bow, flowers, stars, and dots on a white sheet.
  3. Color all of them using markers or crayons, and cut them out separately.
  4. Use green markers, paints, or crayons and draw grass at the bottom of the paper plate.
  5. Paste the Easter basket image in the center of the plate, on the grass.
  6. Take the bow shape and paste it onto the basket handle.

  2. Print the bunny face, flowers, and bunny nose and mouth parts on a white sheet.
  3. Cut out the bunny face part. Color the inside of the bunny ears or paste colored paper for the ear parts.
  4. Use cotton pieces or cotton balls and paste them onto the bunny’s face.

  1. Get a white paper plate.
  2. Print the egg shaped chick on a white sheet.
  3. Color the beak and legs of the chick, and paste googly eyes in the chick’s eye spots.

  5. Tear yellow tissue pieces, crumple them, and paste the crumpled tissue onto the chick’s egg shaped body.
