How to Use This Tear and Paste Number Activity?
It’s very easy to use this activity! Just follow these steps:
Step 1: Download and Print
- Firstly, download the numbers 1-9 here (you will also get a PDF file for it).
- Then, print the pages you downloaded on white or light-colored paper.
- When printing, print one number per page.
Step 2: Prepare the Materials
- The main thing you can do is use colored paper. You can use colored construction paper, magazine paper, varnish, or tissue paper for this. Also, give these in the form of strips or in small sizes that are easy for children to hold.
- Get glue sticks or school glue.
- Set up a clean workspace where kids can tear and paste easily.
Step 3: Tear the Paper
- Let the kids tear paper into small pieces.
- Let the children tear the colored paper into small pieces. Give them a small container to collect the torn pieces.
- Then distribute the numbered pages that you have printed to the children.
Step 4: Paste the Number Outlines
- Now, instruct the children to apply glue to the number on the printed page. Instruct the children to keep it neat and tidy while applying the glue.
