This winter craft is very simple and fun for kids. You simply paint a tree and add little white dots to resemble falling snow. It’s a great way to enjoy art, practice hand control, and make a pretty winter picture. With only a few colors and tools, children can create a peaceful, snowy scene that looks magical and cozy.
🛠️ What You Need
- Printed tree template
- Black and white paints
- Blue colored paper
- Scissors
- Glue
- Cotton swab or paintbrush
🎨 How to Make
Step 1: Take a blue sheet of paper.
Step 2: Print the tree template.
- If you have a black tree template, cut it out and paste it on the blue sheet.
- If you have a white tree template, color it with black paint or crayons, then cut and paste.
- Or, simply draw a tree using black paint directly on the blue sheet.
Step 3: Get your cotton swab or paintbrush ready with white paint.
Step 4: Add snow by painting white under the tree, on the branches, and around the tree. You can use cotton swabs, fingerprints, or a paintbrush to make the snowy effect.
Step 5: Let your artwork dry.
Step 6: Once dry, display the craft proudly with the child’s name.
