What You Need:
- Printed hat template
- Colored paper (torn into small pieces)
- Black sheet of paper
- White marker, chalk, or crayon
- Cotton balls or white pom-pom balls
- White yarn
- Glue and scissors
How to Make:
- Print and cut: your favorite hat pattern on a white sheet.
- Paste the cut-out hat onto the top area of the black sheet.
- Tear colored paper into small pieces. Separate the colors into small containers.
- Apply glue to the middle of the hat and paste the torn paper pieces to create rainbow stripes.
- Add cotton or pom-poms to decorate the edges and other parts of the hat.
