It is our responsibility as adults to create opportunities for children to enjoy the festival season. So the following activity is perfect for that. It is a simple and easy craft activity that teaches children to think creatively. This activity also helps children develop many skills, such as fine motor skills, patience, attention, and hand-eye coordination. So let’s see what this festive tree paint craft is all about.
Here, the kids have to decorate the Christmas tree. There are string lights without bulbs. For that, the kids can add the bulbs using their fingerprints. Get ready to do it!
What you need to do this:
- Printed templates
- Colored papers
- Colorful paints
- Crayons/markers / color pencils
- Scissors
- Tissues
How to make:
- Step 01: Print your given templates below first. You can print your Christmas tree on colored papers or a white sheet. If you like, add color to it.
- Step 02: Then color your Christmas tree, star, and stem using crayons or markers. Or you can cut and paste colored paper pieces instead of coloring.
- Step 03: Now prepare your paints. Take colorful paints and put them on paper plates or small plates to make it easy for kids to use.
- Step 04: Finally, kids can dip their fingers into paint and put paint dots on the Christmas tree bulb places. Now let it dry.
