  • Glue stick (optional if adding extra decorations)
  • Cardstock or thick paper (for strength)
  • Laminating sheets (optional)

How to Make

  1. Print the template: Choose and print the heart templates you want to use.
  2. Add patterns around the heart: Use crayons and markers to draw fun patterns around the heart—stripes, dots, swirls, or any design you like.
  3. Paint with sponge brush: Dip a round sponge brush in paint and press it gently on the heart to make colorful stencil marks.
  4. Let it dry: Set the heart aside until the paint and glue are fully dry.
  5. Cut the outline: Carefully cut around the heart shape.
  6. Finish your craft:
    • You can laminate the heart, punch a hole at the top, and add a ribbon to hang it as Valentine’s Day décor.
