What You Need
- Paper plates
- Crayons or markers (blue and green for Earth)
- Googly eyes or paper eyes
- Red paper heart (optional)
- Colored paper for flowers or arms/legs
- Scissors
- Glue
How to Make
- Color the Earth
- Take a paper plate and color it with blue oceans and green continents.
- Add the face
- Paste googly eyes or paper eyes.
- Draw or paste a smiling mouth.
- Decorate with extras
- Add a red heart to show love for Earth.
- Make arms and legs using folded paper strips.
- Or, paste colorful flowers and leaves on top like a crown.
- Finish your craft
- Let the glue dry.
- Display your happy Earth plate in the classroom or at home for Earth Day!
