What You Need:
- Printed templates
- Crayons, markers, or colored pencils
- Scissors
- Glue or double-sided tape
- Ribbon, yarn, or string
How to Make:
Step 01: Choose a large surface like a wall, door, or window to place your big Christmas tree.
Step 02: If you’re making a big tree, take large colored paper and cut out a Christmas tree shape with a canopy and trunk. Hang it using ribbon or yarn.
Step 03: Print the templates from the PDF. These include large-sized ornament images.
Step 04: Color the printed images, then cut them out separately.
Step 05: Let kids paste their cut-out ornaments onto the tree. Use glue or double-sided tape. Before adding ornaments, don’t forget to paste the big star at the top of the tree!
Activity Ideas:
This large tree is perfect for group activities or classroom leisure time. Kids will love decorating together!
Small Tree Option:
We’ve also included an A3-sized Christmas tree template with ornaments. This smaller version is great for individual activities.
Tips for Teachers:
- Choose a tree size that’s easy for kids to handle.
- Use cardboard for a sturdy tree cutout.
- Cover the tree with clear tape to give it a shiny look and make it more durable.
- Add double-sided tape to the back of each ornament so kids can reuse and reposition them.
