This is also a great opportunity for children to learn letters. So, all the children have to do is add the letters of their names and make a Christmas tree.  Kids can experience this craft with many activities like letter recognition, sorting letters by their names, coloring, gluing, and cutting. So, are you ready to make this fun letter Christmas tree?

šŸŽ„ What You Need:

  • Printed templates
  • Crayons, markers, or colored papers
  • Scissors
  • Glue

āœ‚ļø How to Make:

Step 01: Print the templates below. You can use colored papers for printing:

  • Letters with triangles on green paper
  • Stars on yellow paper
  • Trunks on brown paper

If you print on colored paper, you can skip Step 2.

Step 02: If you didn’t use colored paper, follow this step. Kids can choose triangle shapes for the letters in their name.

  • Color triangles green
  • Color stars yellow
  • Color trunks brown

Step 03: Cut out all the colored shapes separately. Now you have triangle letters, a star, and a trunk template.

Step 04: Glue the pieces together to make your Christmas tree:

  • Arrange triangle shapes in order to spell the name
  • Attach the trunk at the bottom
  • Paste the star at the top

Now you have your own finished Christmas tree!

šŸŽ Extra Tips:

  • Paste your tree on a board for strength—it gives your craft a nice look.
  • Kids can make a tree using a loved one’s name instead of their own (e.g., friend, mother, father, grandma, grandpa, siblings) and give it as a Christmas gift.
  • Use empty triangles (without letters) for kids to write their own letters. Then they can color, cut, and glue to build their tree.
