Halloween is a fun-filled time for children. Therefore, it is important to plan activities that can help children learn, develop skills, and support this fun. That is why we came up with this Halloween cut-and-paste fun activity. Therefore, through coloring, cutting, gluing, and creative thinking, children can develop their fine motor skills as well as their creativity.
🎨 What You Need:
- Printed templates
- Scissors
- Crayons or markers
- Colored or white construction paper
- Glue
- Optional: stickers, googly eyes
🛠️ How to Make:
- Step 01: Print the given black-and-white template pages.
- Step 02: Color them with markers or crayons.
- Step 03: Cut them out from the sheet separately and carefully.
- Step 04: Paste all the parts onto another sheet to make a complete image. I’ve provided an example image — look at it to see how to build the final craft
- Step 05: You can add stickers, googly eyes, or any optional decorations to your craft.
Templates:
01. The Hounted House
Print the template below, color the images, cut them out neatly, and then glue them together to create a cute haunted house.
02. The Witch
Print the witch, witch hat, and broom images from the template below. Then, color and cut them out separately. Look at the image above and paste the cut-out images onto another sheet to make the witch shown above.
03. The Cat
You can print the cat, hat, branch, and moon from the templates below. Color them and cut them out. Then, paste the cut-out images onto another sheet to create the scene of the cat sitting on the branch.
04. The Jack-o’-lantern
Use the hat, pumpkin, mouth, nose, and eyes below to make the Jack-o’-lantern image shown above.
05. The Monstor
Print the monster body, 3 eyes, and 2 horns from below. Color, cut, and paste them onto another sheet to complete the monster. Finally, draw legs and hands to finish your monster craft.
06. The Hat
Print the hat and other shapes to make this witch hat. You can color and cut them out. Next, paste them together onto another sheet. You can also draw shapes or use sticker shapes instead of the cut-and-paste template pieces.
07. The Ghost
Now we are going to make a funny ghost. Print, color, cut, and paste all the parts together. Then, draw two hands for the ghost.
